Complete parts and service are provided in each capital city and many country areas, and we can offer both field and workshop facilities.
Sweepers Australia provides scheduled preventative maintenance servicing and breakdown service, which can be carried out at your site by one of our experienced, trained Technicians from one of our fleets of fully stocked mobile Service Vans.

Many common issues can be diagnosed over the phone, eliminating the need for a technician to visit your site. Our experienced technical staff at Sweepers Australia are always ready to assist you in resolving problems, helping to minimise downtime and avoid unnecessary callout costs.

To ensure optimal performance, please remember to:

  • Avoid sweeping up materials like plastic wrap and strapping.
  • Keep filters clean and maintain your units regularly.
  • Check that your battery-operated unit is fully charged before use.
  • Empty units after each use.

FREE operator training is provided with every new or used equipment purchase.
