If you purchase goods or services through our online store, we collect and process additional information so we can fulfil your order and meet our legal obligations:
We use third-party PCI-DSS-compliant payment processors (such as Stripe, PayPal, Square, Afterpay or similar) to take payments. When you pay, your card details are submitted directly to the processor — we never see or store the full card number or CVV. The processor returns a token and transaction status to us so we can record and fulfil the order. Each processor maintains its own privacy policy, which governs how it handles your payment data.
To deliver your order we share the recipient name, delivery address, contact phone and email, and order contents with shipping carriers (such as Australia Post, Sendle, StarTrack, or our chosen courier) and, where relevant, with warehouses or suppliers who fulfil the order on our behalf. These providers may use that information to contact you about delivery and to provide tracking updates.
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity that occurs under your account. We store your password using one-way cryptographic hashing — we cannot read or recover it. You can update your details from your account dashboard, or request that we close your account by contacting us. We may need to retain certain order, tax and accounting records for the period required by Australian law (typically at least 5 years for tax records) even after the account is closed.
We send transactional emails relating to your order (order confirmations, payment receipts, shipping notifications, refund and return updates). These are necessary to perform the contract with you and are not promotional — you cannot opt out of them while we are fulfilling your order.
Where you opt in, we may also send marketing communications such as newsletters, product recommendations, abandoned-cart reminders, and post-purchase review requests. You can unsubscribe from these at any time using the link in the email — your account, order history and transactional emails will not be affected.
Our store sets strictly-necessary cookies to remember the contents of your cart, keep you signed in, apply discount codes, and complete checkout. These cookies cannot be disabled without breaking the store. We may also use analytics and advertising cookies as described in this policy — those are optional and subject to your consent choices.
We retain order, invoice, payment and tax records for the period required by Australian taxation and consumer law (generally at least 5 years from the date of the transaction). We retain account information for as long as your account is active, plus the period required to defend or bring legal claims. Where you ask us to delete your data, we will do so to the extent we are not required by law to keep it.
